I Made My Dream Zenvo Aurora Tur For A Contest And Won

When Danish supercar manufacturer, Zenvo, launched their online configurator for their Aurora Tur hypercar, they also announced a contest on Instagram in which you had to design your dream spec of the Aurora Tur and make a post using the hashtag #AuroraConfig2026. The spec that the Zenvo design team liked the most would win the contest, and the winner would get a professionally designed and signed poster of their creation.

I had been waiting a while to spec a supercar, so I thought this was a great opportunity, as it wasn’t every day that I would come across a contest about making your own dream spec of a hypercar. I spent the next few hours visualizing the spec of my car. Zenvo offered a lot of exterior paint options, and I had a few ideas in mind for my spec, but, in the end, I went for their ice silver shade called “Is,” with the rest of the carbon fiber body in blue carbon to give it a kind of a sea theme. I also thought the blue carbon stood out nicely and worked well with the neutral Is paint. With the exterior finish done, all that was left to do was the wheels. For the wheels, I went with diamond cut wheel rims finished in copper, as well as gold brake calipers to complete the spec. This car, which I nicknamed as “Poseidon” was my official entry for the contest.

I didn’t really think or care about the result. I just enjoyed the whole configurator experience and was happy with how my car turned out. Also, like I mentioned before, it had been a while since I had done any kind of supercar configuration, so I was happy to get a chance to do that again.

After I submitted my entry, I didn’t think much about it until I got a message from Zenvo Automotive that Poseidon had been chosen as the winner of the contest. It came as quite a shock to me when I saw the message because I wasn’t expecting to win the contest and had participated in it because it was a fun thing to do.

Around 3 weeks later, a package arrived from Zenvo Automotive, Denmark, which not only contained the signed poster of my design but also two other posters of the Zenvo Aurora Tur (right) and Agil (left) variants in these colors.

I have other official memorabilia from car manufacturers but the occasion behind this one and the fact that it’s my own creation being featured on the poster makes it even more special. So, it should come as no surprise that this signed poster is now proudly displayed as the centerpiece of my collection.
