Identifying 1/18 Scale Model Cars I Saw At Dubai

A group of 1/18 scale model supercars

When I visited Dubai I got the chance to see and experience a proper scale model store, and this store had a huge collection of 1/18 scale supercars and hypercars there. I have 2 photos of these cars and wanted to identify as many of them as possible. Starting with the featured photo here is what I could find.

In the top row, the first car is a Ferrari F40 in the white Liberty Walk livery. Next to it are a LaFerrari in a unique sky blue shade, a Lamborghini Aventador S and another Aventador in a bodykit.

Then the middle row has a unique pink Hoonigan livery race car, another LaFerrari, the newly introduced Pagani Utopia in black with gold wheels, a green Lamborghini Countach LPI 800 and then you have the Mercedes AMG One.

In the bottom row the left most car is the most special, both in terms of the model and in real life. It’s an extremely rare Pagani Huayra R. If you notice the nameplate of the model it says it’s a limited edition #04 out of what can be no more than 99 seeing as there are only two digits listed. Although the real life Huayra R is even rarer with only 30 units produced, this scale model version is as good as it gets seeing it’s a limited edition and just the 4th made in that series.

Next to the Huayra R are an Aventador SVJ, a Huracan EVO with Italian stripes and another Countach LPI 800. No doubt it’s quite the collection already but I still have another photo with even more cars.

The second photo has mostly Ferraris with the top row including the older 550 Maranello and Testarossa on the far right and 4 limited edition F50 GT’s including #15 and #18 of 50 behind them. The Ferrari F50 is another special car so I’m really glad to have seen those.

In the lower row from left to right are a Ferrari FXX K, Monza, another LaFerrari and a white Daytona SP3. Interestingly enough the old red car is actually a Volvo. Quite an odd place for it next to all those Ferraris.

Seeing this proper model car store and the 1/18 scale collection that they had was an amazing experience, this is pretty much the closest it can get to seeing the actual real life cars.
