I’ve been waiting a long time for the chance to make a Rolls Royce configuration post and this is something I’ve always wanted to do sometime. The main reason being that Rolls Royce are famous for having their cars handmade in the factory, as well as offering an incredible amount of creative and customization options making each individual car unique to the owner’s taste. As you can imagine, there is a lot one can do on the configurator to make their Rolls Royce unique.
Just recently, Rolls Royce launched the Ghost Series II facelift which has exterior changes such as new front lights similar to those in the Spectre and a few interior changes as well, but the rest of car remains the same with the V12 engine staying. Anyway, time to move on to creating the car.
I’ve decided to go with the standard Ghost for my spec. The exterior is single tone in the shade of Black Kirsch, a shade from the Commissioned collection that looks black but is a very, very dark brown. The car also has the double coachline for the side, in the shade of Seashell white. For the rims, I have used the fully polished twin spoke wheels and additionally I have put body colored wheel centers to match the exterior color. I’ve also gone with the more expensive solid silver option for the spirit of ecstasy in the front. With that, the exterior is finally done.
The interior has also been heavily customized as you can see in the photo on the left, with the seats in Mugello Red which is a color only available on special order and the seat stitching in black, the rest of the interior being in the same Seashell white to match the side coachline on the exterior and a couple other features being changed or added.
So as you can see with the spec of this Ghost Series II, even though exterior may not look like it, the amount of interior customization will certainly make its unique just like a Rolls Royce should be.
