It’s still a while before the European summer arrives, but when it does, chances are a special Bugatti Chiron Super Sport that has been seen around in multiple locations in Europe is going to show up, and you just might see it if you are in the right places.
The Bugatti Chiron Super Sport “Habillé par Hermès” is one of only two Chirons made by Bugatti’s Sur Mesure in partnership with French luxury designer brand Hermes, who have fully designed the interiors of the car, hence the name. The other and more famous example is owned by U.S. collector and influencer Manny Khoshbin.
This car has been confused with Khoshbin’s car, but there are several differences between his car and this one. The first of these is in the variant itself as Khoshbin’s car is a standard Chiron, while this car is a Chiron Super Sport. Additionally, the car’s wheel rims and front grill are black, and it has a red interior instead of a white one.
The Chiron Super Sport Hermes Edition is based in Qatar and is believed to be owned by either a member or someone close to the royal family, I couldn’t find enough reliable information to confirm this for sure, but whoever the owner is, there is no doubt they have certainly gone around with this car.
This car has been spotted several times during the summer months in London, Paris, and most notably in Spain in the city of Marbella, where it was actually seen parked right outside a Hermes store as a there, which certainly made for some interesting photoshoots.
Additionally, the car has also been spotted driving in its home country of Qatar too, so it’s already been well driven, and considering its track record so far, it’s likely that it will continue to be.
With how rare and valuable hypercars like the Bugatti Chiron are, and particularly one with special factory customization like this, it’s understandable why one might not want to take a car like that out in public often, which only makes the fact, this Chiron has been taken around that much quite something.
Are we going to see more Hermes Edition Bugattis being made in the future? Considering how much time and effort it takes to make one of these, I personally doubt we would see another one being made unless Manny Khoshbin happens to buy either the Mistral or the new Tourbillon model that is expected to start production in 2026, seeing that he is the one who made the Hermes Edition possible in the first place.
