Ferrari have a long history of making special cars, but there was one creation of theirs which they felt was so perfect that when the time came to name the car, they called it the LaFerrari which simply translates to “The Ferrari” in English.
This car is something very special indeed. First of all, the LaFerrari is a part of what I like to call the Fantastic Four Of Ferrari which consists of their flagship vehicles starting with the F40, F50, Enzo and finally the LaFerrari. These are all extremely rare, exclusive and highly valuable limited edition Ferrari models which are on the wishlist for every Ferrari collector to own and also for supercar photographers, enthusiasts and other Ferrari fans to see. Only 500 units of the LaFerrari were produced.
The LaFerrari which is powered by a V12 engine is one of the fastest Ferrari models ever as it reaches an unbelievable top speed of 350 kmph as well as having a great acceleration. It’s the kind of car you would imagine a Ferrari to look like with a perfect combination of the sharp, beautiful looks all around as well as the fantastic engineering and designing of the car. The LaFerrari is Ferrari at its best and it clearly shows when you see how great the car looks and how well the car was made.
I remember just how much of an impression the LaFerrari made back when it was launched. I was only a kid back then but even then it was evident to me just how special the LaFerrari is. Today, it is not only one of the most iconic Ferraris but also considered as one of the greatest supercars and hypercars of all time.
Obviously Ferrari knew they were creating something truly special, because even if they had the slightest doubt about what they were creating, they wouldn’t have named the car LaFerrari. And it is clear that majority of the people agree that the LaFerrari has every right to have earned its title.
With the engineering effort, unbelievable performance and the overall design and beauty of the car, it is easy to see why the LaFerrari is one of the ultimate Ferraris. Without a doubt, it is one of the greatest Ferraris ever created.
